If I wanted the sale price, I would have to drive over 20 miles away to another store that was not involved in this liquidation. I see this as false advertisment. I purchesed the phone at full price anyway, & was told "all sales were final". I'm hoping it works ok, because if it doesn't, I don't know if I have any recourse. My reciept is stamped with this information & the sales clerk crossed out my bar code on my reciept. I would love to nail this company to the wall.

If that store was indeed closing, then it is the liquidator running things and they may or may not choose to honor a sale price. It's not false advertisement, Office Depot was not calling the shots at that store.
You should still have manufacturer warranty coverage on your phone.

The reason that store is with a liquidator is because Office Depot is having trouble and closing several stores. So nailing them to the wall isn't really needed, they seemed to do a good enough job of that themselves.
