You also stated that the manager said they would not redo the order. However, a sentence earlier you stated that they did two orders that were both incorrect. Were these two different orders or was the second order an attempt to correct the first?
Now if it was something like a graphic or paper quality issue you may have a valid complaint. In this case write the corporate headquarters and include a sample of what you wanted and what they gave you. But please proof-read your letter before you send it to them.
