I recently went into Office Depot, and purchased a chair on sale for $79.99. I added a 2-yr warranty for $14.99. I got the chair home, and put it together. I have a bad back, and after a while (next day), found that the chair was bothering my back. The problem is, even though the chair is in BRAND NEW condition, and the 2-yr warranty has not been registered, Office Depot is telling me that a chair cannot be returned once it's assembled.
