Office of Crime and Prevention Don't know the company's name per say cause all they say is that they're from the "Department of Crim Prevention". accused, suspect, court, jail Unknown, New York

These people have been harrassing me for a little over a year now!  I guess just think that I am going to break down and give them money, but that's NEVEr going to happen.  They call me stating that they are from the Department of Crime and Prevention and then they tell me that I have taken out a Payday loan and demand to either speak with my attorney or me send them the money that I "owe" them.  I requested that they send me paperwork showing me that I took this loan out and then I would gladly pay them, (even tho I know I have never done this loan). They then stated to me that this was an online transaction and they don't have to send me paperwork and they are still gonna have me arrested. I let them to know go ahead and arrest me then since they believe they have probable cause and then I will go from there. A year later I have NEVER received any kind of paperwork and have called the local sheriff's office. They had called the number that I gave them and the deputy left a nasty message to the guy and told them to never call me again!  However then the officer let me know that there is really no way to really stop these jerks. I am about at whits end and getting ready to inform the FBI next.  There has to be something to stop this harrassment!!
