All for throwing a cell phone yet not breaking it. I was arrested and the treatment at the jail was NOT HUMAN.
I come to find out that recently Doug Hurley has shown up 3 times at the location of the incident. (April 24, 2007.) He has talked to the employees in the office and urged them THREE TIMES to evict my ex who lives there. My name is on the lease for monetary reasons but I never lived there or slept there. Now what right does he have to be doing this. You see he is a tyrant. The original offense was on April 24th. Why is he still trying to get revenge on us? This man needs mental health and as soon as I can get in touch with internal affairs, I will tell them this. First he stalked me in front of my house in the middle of the night and frightened me so much that I ended up in Banner Scottsdale Behavioral Hospital. I believe he has no right going to that apt. complex to urge them to evict my friend. You know, whomever I speak to about this makes it sound like he is entitled to do this. What kind of crazy bastard is this? I am sick and tired of this bullshit. The night I got out of Banner Scottsdale, he was on the news for using excessive force on someone else. Why is this tolerated?He is obviously mentally disturbed. I mean I didnt rob a bank or shoot anyone. Nor did I even break the cell phone. He is obsessed with punishing me and no one will help. I have talked to just about every lawyer about this incident. No one will go against the Mesa Police. Not even when innocent people are being stalked and taunted. This crap has got to stop and soon. He should not be dealing with the public. He has a rage inside of him, a thirst to punish like he is God or something. I need this stopped and soon.

I just wanted to add that when I received the police report it was 85% FICTION. Officer Hurley has missed his calling. He should have been a writer of FICTION!

It has come to my attention that Officer Hurley has visited the apartment complex where the incident occurred to urge the office people to evict me and my friend. (my name is on the lease but I dont live there) He visited twice with the same motive. He had threatened me in the hospital that he would get me evicted even though I told him several times I dont live there. He put pressure on the employees and they finally gave us an eviction notice. When my friend went to the office he was told this by the girls and they said they would not evict him afterall. ISNT THIS THE APT COMPLEX'S DECISION? WHY WONT HE LET THIS THING GO ALREADY? HE IS MENTAL AND IT SHOWS. IS IT HIS JOB TO EVICT PEOPLE? I THINK NOT. IF HE IS NOT STOPPED THERE IS GOING TO BE MUCH MORE SERIOUS INJURIES AND TREATMENT. DOESNT ANYONE CARE ABOUT JUSTICE IN THAT TOWN? He is a predator!
