On Sept 14, 2012, we purchased 4 tickets for Bob Dylan & Mark Knopfler performing on Nov 21 at the Barclays Center in NY for $1224.36. I was directed online to http://official-online-tickets.net/ where we found 4 tickets and went ahead and purchased them. I was not aware that they brokered my sale to a 3rd party vendor, Tickets In Time (http://tixintime.com/). The Amex charge is to "tixintime.com". On the purchase confirmation and email confirmation from official-online-tickets.net it states that "tickets will ship by Nov 10, 2012". It's Nov 20, no tickets. They are telling us to wait and do not dispute the charge on our Amex and they will try to sort it out. However, it seems odd that the same 4 tickets we purchased are listed on their website now at $1000 per ticket (ours were $239 + $63.34 service charge per ticket and we even paid $15 for standard delivery). Looks like they are trying to double sell the tickets to the highest payer. Also, they point the finger at Tickets In Time and tell us they are having a hard time getting in touch with them too. But they are the ones that sold us to the 3rd party! They should not be working with other ticket scammers. Both companies should be charged with fraud! They don't deliver, they lie, take your money and give nothing but excuses! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER COMPANY!
