Oftensale.com Completely ripped me off. Took my money through MG and claimed there was a extra customs fee like 4 days later. Now they dont respond Internet

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy SIII cell phone through this company and was assured through several emails that they do business honestly and according to the law. After paying for the product they assured me it was going toclear customs and ship monday which is now today the 10th. I receive an email today stating there has been a new regulation and in order for it to clear customs I would have to pay an extra 138 tariff. After several emails they refussed to give me a tracking number or a way to contact customs. They now no longer respond. They also sent an attachment of a customs letter that looked pretty low quality and something they had made. Avoid this site 100 percent. They advertise on craigslist a lot and have several sites on there that are identical but different domain names. Just goes to show ya that if it seems too good to be true it probably is

 This is a disaster waiting to happen no need to tell the details because everything that has happened to everyone else has just happened to me. The difference between me and them is im taking action. Its ridiculous i lost almost 500 dollars with this fraudulent company. It has to stop. If you have been a victim of this please call the western union fraud hotline and report it the more reports the better. and please visit Ic3.gov to report the incident the more voices heard the quicker this site will be shut down.

I almost send them the money today. I just found www.oftensale.com on craiglist. All their prices are so cheap. I started to ask myself, Is it true? It is too good to be true. However, I was willing to try. This morning, I was live chart with someone in the company, if there is a real company. it even sounded very real. The only thing I was skeptical was about wire money through Moneygram or Western Union. Before I decided to take my trip to Western Union, my gut told me to check out about this website first. I did. It was not that many informations about this website, but it was enough for me to make a conclusion because everything was sound the same as the way the website asked me to do interm of making the payment. I just want to say Thank You very much for posting your bad experience and share it with us. I hope this website will be shut down very soon and whomever does this scam, will be brought to justice!

Yep. From what you described is the exact same that happened to me. People told me I was crazy and I should have listened. I kept asking for customs info and they  just kept saying pay the tariff. Finally I said the letter looks fake and I want customs number they said why dont you just come to Chinese customs if you dont believe us! I had a bad feeling the minute I sent the money to them. They said it would take a few days to clear customs ......Right away when the delayed it I knew deep down I wasnt getting what I ordered. What a waste of 300

This is the same thing that happened to me. I ordered the same phone. I was told the exact same thing and received the same letter today just like you but I was told I had to pay $ 140. I sent several emails too and they responded for awhile but just kept insisting that if I paid the tariff, it would ship. I asked for a refund and the response was they couldn't refund the money because there was nothing wrong with the phone. So I asked for a tracking number and they will not give that unless I pay the tariff. Definitely a scam! I found them on craigslist too. You are so right, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is! I have learned my lesson!
