Hello TheOne-TheOnly,
Yes that was back then, but we have also checked all logs again. We have ways to find out if one person is controlling multiple account...And as stated previously the ban will stick as we are convinced by the evidence we have..

I read all ticket and I checked deeply your accounts. I do not think the collected information is enough for multi ban. Your accounts now are unbanned. I will ask you next time in sameone will visit you and play ogame with you to let us know. And we will avoid sch unpleasent situation.

this is not happening we checked and we know that it is not -- it is the person that plays the game that is on -- why do you keep saying the same thing -- if this is the case - and you do not show us the data to clear this up - and you have been after taking our money for over a year and now change your mind on this -- who is it that is setting us up

Hello TheOne-TheOnly,
Players can play on same connection. But one person can't login and play other players' account. One account can't be played by more than one person. After checked the logs, all of us (GO/SGO/GAs, not only one game staff) agree that in your case, multi/sharing really happened. Thus the ban is correct.
