This company is the biggest rippoff in the insurance business. They sell insurance to people and when they file claims they do everything they can to not pay! They have fake wanna be agents go out and try and tell you that it was damged before and that its all of a suden not covereed or they put you off for weeks and hope you forget! They close everyday at 430 and noone ever retuerns your call when you leave a message on their 24 hour hotline for claims! An answering machine for clainm?? This place is a total joke ! The reps are more rude than anyone I have ever seen at any company and tried to tell my grandmother that she did the damge to her own house ! I do not knao how they have stayed in business. They have pages and pages of people that have sued them! Beware of Ohio Fair Plan ! I am looking for people who have also had problems with this company and file with the Attorney General ! And or file a suit ! I have never seen anything like this in my life !

you are so right. i just put the same report on the ripoff repot. i had a fire. all you said happen to me. some one said take what they give you and be glad you got that. i would like a law suit also. i have not money. but i have my family of 9. please give up date. i go if you find some one. the state of insurance is no help . they are on their side also.
