Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
i bought a few things on Jan 25/11 i reived one but not the other..when i emailed them they told me it had shipped...after months of not getting it i emailed but and the person gave me the shipping info including the tracking # which clearly showed it was delivered to someone else not in my country even. after that i got no response whats so ever when i inquired about a refund so i reported these rip off artists to the BBB and on here hoping to save someone else the hassle of dealing with these creeps.

Why would half my order show up here, in Alaska, and not the other half? Because you chose to ignore the actual shipping address, which I asked you to ship to, and go with the confimed address, which you chose to leave out in your notes. Try explaining that one!

Yes, I live in AK and I did send the correct address to where I live here when I made the purchace via paypal, which you ignored. If you were telling the truth, which you are not, because It wasn't even sent to my Canadian address, it was sent to one in Vancouver..hmm 5 hours away from my canadian address. Nice try..I still have the tracking number. I'm not the only one you've ripped off. I'm also not the only one who's reported you to the BBB. Shame on you for your bad business ethics! You should a least take responsiblity instead of making up new lies!

Buyer Donna Clarke of Soldotna, Alaska USA ordered and paid on Jan 25,2011 and merchandise was shipped to her Paypals confirmed shipping address which is Logan Lake, British Columbia V0K 1W0 Canada and NOT Alaska/USA. We shipped to her confirmed address. Canada Post tracking shows that it was indeed received at the BC/Canada address. Paypal's seller protection policy is only valid if shipped to confirmed addresses, which we did. It is not the sellers fault when buyers use fake addresses with their Paypal account!
