Purchased nearly $200 worth of tea pills AND tea bags for my family of four to try. Figured with a 60 money day guarantee it was worth the risk. Used up entire supply in about 30 days, which I anticipated since it was going to be used by 4 individuals. It had no effect whatsoever on our weight loss, and since it was extremely expensive, I began the refund process.

When I contacted company, they stated that in their terms and conditions, they would only issue refund for returned product. I explained why there was no product to return and that they had no stipulation regarding how many people could use the order.

To their credit, they have offered to refund 50%. However, I find their practices to be deceiving, if not downright fraudulent. I might be interested in joining a class action suit if one were to be started.

For those looking to achieve weight loss, I have had some success with green tea and that would be my recommendation as it is far less expensive.

Okuma made good on their guarantee.

To respond to their rebuttal, however, there was no confusion on my part. I was clear when I made the original request in an email as to why I had no product left, and was merely asking how I needed to initiate the refund. Everything that I noted in my original complaint was based on emails sent to me in response to my initial message.
