I am the customer support manager at Okuma Nutritionals, LLC. We have recently come to find out that this complaint was posted about us. You are correct, the package was returned to us by the postal service. We made numerous attempts to contact you for an alternate address or instructions on how to proceed, but we did not receive a response from you. There are sometimes occasions where we attempt to email our customers but they don't receive our emails due to their spam filters.
Please email us at support@okumatea.com and let us know if you would like us to reship your package or process a refund for you. Be sure to add us to your address book so you can receive our reply.
We pride ourselves on quality customer service, and have made many improvements to our website and our procedures to make the shopping and ordering, and shipping experience better for our customers.
