IMPORTANT FACTS ANYONE using OLD AMERICAN COUNTY MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, WATCH OUT!!! They will rob you for what your worth! They are not a Legitimate Insurance Company!!

I have a friend who had their brand new 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie stolen. When it was found the truck was COMPLETELY striped of everything, barely running! The adjuster, who works as a third party adjuster for Old American County Mutual Insurance Company gave them a penny for penny amount to fix the brand new truck with less than 5,000 miles at the time it was stolen!

The insurance company is not budging on the amount for a brand new truck that the dealership said the damage is worth well over $20,000! Billy Burke insinuated that my friend stole his own truck and told him to sue Old American if he had a problem with the quote on the claim.

So I would advise everyone, STAY AWAY FROM OLD AMERICAN COUNTY MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY! My friends heard the Standard Insurance Agency add advertised on KLTY (Christian Radio Station) so they called them and signed up with them, thought with all the wonderful talk about Standard Insurance Agency everything would be great. Standard put them through Old American County Mutual, SCAMMERS & LIES! I will NEVER use them ever or recommend ANYONE to use OLD AMERICAN COUNTY MUTUAL INSURANCE!

They also cancelled my friends insurance policy!
