The owner of this business is a thief and a liar! He cheats on his wife every chance he gets! BEWARE of this company! He sells jobs and collects the down payment and never does the job! He will even go to the customers house and demo for the job and then never go back. Leaving the resident to live in a torn up home with no chance of getting their upgrade that they paid for!
They have an employee there named Nia who helps him lie to you and steal your money! The office manager, Troy, will not return your calls and will make other employees lie to you for him! They will look you straight in the eyes and tell you that your cabinets, granite, etc are on backorder when, in fact, they have never been ordered.
If you go to the showroom to try to meet with the owner, Rick Hersey, he will go out the back door and leave!!The owner claims to be a Christian but, cheats of his wife every chance he gets. This is the worst place EVER to do business with! SERIOUSLY BEWARE of this company!
