Once the problem was discovered, Old dominion refused to do anything for us, other than redirecting, taking an additional 5 days. This put delivery beyond acceptable date. we had to (At our expense) expedite an air frieght service to pick product up in Colorado and fly to proper location.
Old Dominion lost a good account, and I will do as much as possible to spread the bad word. poor customer service!
