Old Soul Salvage Poor service :( really disappointed Clute Texas

An awesome Facebook page, but they now seem to have disappeared. I wonder why?
living in Clute we have visited a few times but continually disappointed by the attitude of the people there :( please take extreme caution when making a purchase!!! What they have done is only a temporary fix using poor products... Such a shame. A good idea gone to waste.

Hello! My name is Grace and I am the owner of Old Soul Salvage. I am sorry you were unable to find us... I think you were trying to track us down when our business was unexpectedly going through some major changed in 2013. We were originally in a warehouse location that was off the road with no signs and hard to find. In addition to the bad location, we were only open once a month which was confusing for anyone who didn’t know. Then right as we got the business up and going we had to temporarily shut the business down due to complications with my pregnancy which kept me away from the warehouse even after our son’s arrival. During all the medical issues, a good friend of mine opened up her Salvage shop in Brazoria and offered to sell my inventory at her place so that I could continue to receive income while I was unable to work. Since then we have decided to remain at the Brazoria location and have been there for about 2 years. So I promise you that we are legitimate company and have not disappeared.
In regards to your comment about 'a temporary fix using poor products', I am not sure how that would pertain to our business as we sell architecturals that we salvage from old homes prior to being torn down. We sell antique doors, windows, mantels, corbels, flooring, screens, trim and anything else we can from homes that mainly date in the 1800's. So I am not sure how we would have poor products.
I am wondering if you may have mistaken our business with another since we have not had our Clute location open since mid 2013 and yoru comment was made in 2014.
Again, I am so sorry about any confusion...I promise we are a very reputable business that would never intentionally ignore a customer nor be rude. Our cusomters satisfaction is very important to me. It must have been a misunderstanding. Please be sure to visit us at our new location inside Farmhouse Salvage in Brazoria, Texas!
