Ok, so you just found out what pieces of crap the Olin Ros / Wahldorf
systems are. You are obviously pissed and want your money back. Well go
get it. If you are in Nashville, Tn, Olin Ross and Wahldorf are sold by
Alliance Distributors Inc. a shady and honestly illegal business. They
operate out of a nondescript warehouse in an industrial complex just
off Lebanon road in Nashville. The address is 203 Omohundro Place.
There is no name of this company anywhere to be seen on the building.
You will see the letters 203 on the glass door. On the wall to the
right you will be able to see plaques with salesman of the month type
shit on them. On the plaque, you will see the name ERIC CICCARELLI . He
is the warehouse manager. He is the one you need to talk to no matter
who ripped you off. I got got ripped off some days ago and after long
hours of research found that this warehouse existed and the I could in
fact get my benjamins back if I went down there to confront them. That
is exactly what I did. Just go in, say you were not satisfied with the
product and that you want a full cash refund. As hard as it will be not
to flex on them, don't do it. Treat it like your returning a product to
Best Buy. Seriously. They will give you your money. ERIC CICCARELLI
will try to con you again, (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))) that he is, but do not be
distracted. You are there to get your money and leave.
One last thing. You have to go early in the morning. I staked the place out from about 6:45 am. They arrive at 8:00am. I'd arrive at like 7:30 if I were you. They supposedly leave during normal business hours. They really do make themselves scarce. And there is a corvette parked out front. That is CICCARELLI'S. Feel free to let the air out of the tires if no ones home.

This "scum" you are referring to did nothing wrong. Nothing is Illegal about what happened. You bought something from a quality salesman, was not satisfied with your product, and then returned your product for a full refund.
Recalling this specific event, the speakers were still wrapped in the protective wrap, and were never in fact installed, inspected, or observed. What you did sir, was look online and read a few posts regarding a similar experience. Check any of your favorite companies on the internet today. Look to see how many people are really satisfied with Time Warner cable, Comcast, At&t.. Check your local grocery store. Honestly if you had bought these speakers, hooked them up, and listened to them and enjoyed them... Do you really think you would log on to the internet and say Great Job! Love these!
Face it sir, these complaints are more popular because its negative. Better yet, go search Bose. Go see how many people have to say something negative about them.
