I love the bully tactics used to scare those who have been victims of Oliver Bigler. I can't believe this man is still in business. This is pretty consistent with the stuff I have heard about Oliver Bigler. The guy is a crook and a perv. Glad someone had the courage to finally come against him.

I am a manager in the accounting department, and I see just about everything that happens at Marketecture.  Every claim in this is completely untrue.  It is obvious that the person is just out on a personal vendeta.  I know Ollie personally, and I also know there are a couple ex-employees that are vengeful about being fired.  The author of this is likely to be sued for defamation of character and slander because these claims are just not true.
Let's look at the facts showing the author is a fake.  To start, the author didn't give a real name.
Second, the statement "employees are told to not give any refunds" is an absolute lie.  In accounting, I see our thousands of customers transactions, and we give customers refunds all the time.  If we just messed up than we will refund 100%.  If we started the services and it's not our fault then we give partial refunds.  Everyone in the company knows this, and I see it first hand.  It's even my job to check for problems with the transactions.
Third, "we just throw the complaint away", is a flat out lie.  What kind of horrible person made up these lies to begin with.  They obviously are bitter, and I have 1st hand knowledge of our refunds.
Fourth, "does business under a number of entities", which everyone at the company knows is because we partner with other companies and do white label work for them, so another lie.
Fifth, the remarks about "the CEO Oliver Bigler is a total pervert", which is completely untrue.  All the claims related to this are completely without basis and outright lies.  Ollie has a wonderful family who I have met and I have never seen him act even remotely creepy toward a coworker or anyone.  He always acts appropriately and treats his employees very well.
Sixth, THIS ONE'S A HUGE TELL, the #2 comment says it's an update by the author but the author claims to be an ex-employee in one and a customer in the comment #2! 
Seventh, comment #1 sounds like the same employee, but the comment about "take the money and run company" is completely untrue.  I see first hand our employees work hard to get results designing and marketing for companies.  I have even seen employees fired because of poor performance, and I'd imagine that's what happened with this employee.  The comments about making girls uncomfortable are completely untrue as well, which I know since I see how he behaves first hand.  We are a tech company and tend to get a lot more guys applying, so we don't have that many girls to begin with.  But he's definitely appropriate.
Eighth, this person claims to be a girl and given crappy hours.  I pay our employees, and I know Ollie does not control anybody's hours, the department managers do that, and this situation absolutely has not happened.  We only very recently got some part-time girls working in the whole company, and Ollie does not set their schedules, so this is an untrue personal attack on him.
This complaint and the comments need to be removed because they are completely untrue, against the policies in this website, and possibly illegal.  I think I've lost a few job applicants because of these hurtful lies, please don't let mean and vengeful people get their way, these lies have no truth here.  It's a great company to work for, and we have a lot of happy customers.

I was a customer, they promises me full SEO support. They offered me a pay per click campaign and backlinks. After I paid them I didn't hear from them for weeks. I wasn't noticing any difference in my search listings so I called up and they said it takes a while so I asked for some proof. They refused to give me any. They didn't politely decline, they refused telling me to leave that I didn't understand how it worked. So I hung up and waited a few more weeks, called again This time I was told that my campaign had not started yet because they had the wrong URL. they read it back to me and it was the right one. I asked for a discount and they said no. I then asked for a refund and they said I was past my refund date. I was never notified of a refund date. I got my lawyer involved and finally after a letter and a call I was refunded my money and never received one service form them. This total time took 6 months. Stay away from this place and this CEO Oliver Bigler. The man has scams follow him where ever he goes. To top it off, sounds like he sexually harasses his employees as well. What a creep.

This is guy is a major scammer. I was higher up in his first company E-harbor, talke about take the money and run company. Now he is doing it again with Marketure. He is also creepy and made all the girls around him feel very uncomfortable. This guy needs to be investigated.
