Original foundation repair work was performed by the company in April 2012. No follow-up inspection was performed by anyone in the company. In the interim, the original cracks have reopened; and, upon further inspection, it appears the original gaps rather than being closed by the installation of three piers were simply filled with mortar. There are still gaps in the brick on the south side of my home above the one car garage door, on the stem wall of the west side of the one car garage and in the brick on the outside west wall of my home. A follow-up inspection by one of the company's reps resulted in them stating that while some rework may be required on the original piers an additional two piers needed to be installed along that same west side wall; but, the cost that has been quoted for the two additional piers is more than the three which were originally installed. Calls to the rep have been unanswered and even though messages have been left no call back has been received. In the interim, other foundation repair companies have visited my home and have stated...."it is obvious the original piers have failed". Having already been out-of-pocket almost $2,000, I really dont' want to have to start over with another company; but, these folks don't seem to be willing to stand behind their warranty.
