This attorney is hungry for money.  He collected retainer's fees and failed to file an answer for an UNNAMED TENANT, causing his eviction.  He failed to check who the owner was for 20 unit buildings, and unlawfully using his POSITION AS AN ATTORNEY to fool tenats to pay the rent to him and not the legal owner.  He filed EX-Pate for DOMESTIC VIOLENCE with all sorts of lies to get the Temporary Restraining Order that was DENIED outright! preventing Legal Owner to Fix units and remove them from REAP.  OMAR ZAMBRANO also Filed a LIS PENDENS before the Judge veredict that was denied outright and REFUSES to correct his error by removing the Lis pendens that was ILLEGALY filed against an innocent owner. causing more CHAOS to the purpose that he was hired for.   He refuses to return the rents collected illegally. This attorney never returns calls or evades confrontation with his excuses that he is out of town.  He uses his secretary DENNISS to mumble ex-parte notices so YOU will not show up in court.  This secretary DENNIS calls as an unidentified caller to confuse you.   I called his office and they kept hunging the phone on me to give me information about the EX-parte notice and sings declarations under penalty of perjury that SHE left Notice.  ALL THIS FIRM IS A FRAUD DECEIT AND THEIVES and his secretaries participate in the scham!!  I will also report them to the State Bar to have his license revoked or restricted.  Attorneys of this caliber should be put in jail.  and I will try to have justice for the client in due time.
