ONLY IN AMERICA ...

The truth remains: we sold over 7000 units, no "legitimate consumer agency" fillings, no lawsuits, no recalls (voluntary or forced!)  or any other action against our company by fed or state agency.
We make 6 different models manufactured in last 10 years and we only have 2 bottom feeders who have nothing else to do between trips then to look for a latrine to throw-up their bitterness , lies, misinformation and outright hatred.
Only in America you can write 3 complains, one after another, under 3 names in less then 1 hour and find a "consumer forum" to waste the electrons and have it published. I wander if the owner of this latrine does anything to compensate for the pollution created !?? (carbon neutral  anybody? )
I  am, personally,  proud of our record and if you find any other manufacturer with a record even remotely close to ours, you can go with them. You got my blessing!

PS:  Did you ever Google "Bosh " or  "Noritz" just to mention two of my biggest competitors ? If you do, you probably will understand what I am saying!

He order a Propane water heater. We contacted him to confirm because we know that in his area is Natural Gas not Propane. He confirmed that he know what he ordered and is "not my business to investigate what he will use the unit for"
I personally deliver the unit. His sons took possession and no more conversation until one week later when he contact me again that the unit does not work. I ask about installation and i was informed that the unit was installed on a Natural Gas environment.

He demanded that we immediately send him a replacement unit. Beside the fact that our company return policy DOES NOT permitted a installed unit return, we also do not send another unit before the old unit was returned and received. he was belligerent and start making all types of threats. We inform him that he need to repack the unit as he received and wait for our representative to come and inspected and based on what he will find to replace, refund or....??

Two attempts were made on a week time period. No one home. The third attempt was made by company owner who decided that the jerk was not whorled the bitter and replaced the unit.
No other contact from the buyer nor the warranty papers was never filled.
