Omni Startwin Dual Saw Selling inferior products for outrageous prices Van Nuys , California

I noticed this complaint and wanted to bring to your attention that the saw you have my not be an authentic DUALSAW Brand.  In 2009 and 2010 another company violated our trademark and created a fake/knock-off version of the DUALSAW design using inferior parts. 

Further, this company edited our own commercial, substituting their phone number and web address in place of ours and ran the commercial on television.  Some of the fake saws also appeared in mail order catalogs and on a number of websites.  We (Infusion Brands) won a trademark infringement suit against them, however much of the damage had already been done.

Our customer service phone number is 1-855-382-5729 and the e-mail address is webcs@dualsaw.com - if you called any other number, or our customer service rep couldn't find your order in our system, it's likely that it wasn't a real DUALSAW.

Without inspecting your saw I can't say whether it was a genuine DUALSAW or one of the knock-off versions, however all of our saws come with a one-year warranty and we stand behind the quality of our brand.  If it was one of ours, I'd like to send you a DUALSAW Everyday CS450, the latest comparable model to the original Omni Dual Saw free of charge.  Please contact our customer service department at the phone number or e-mail address above.
