SEO Reputation Management at its best!

Omnitech support wants to access your computer remotely and have you pay a lot of money to "fix" things that you can easily and safely do for yourself.  It is not safe to grant remote access to anybody you don't know and trust.  This company charges big bucks to you to fish around in your computer.  Even if they fix your problem, is it worth the money and uncertainty?

Something is very fishy at omnitechsupport.com.  If they really had their customers' best interests at heart, they would (1) be upfront about their charges and (2) solve easy settings problems through a chat or over the phone without demanding remote access upfront just to get the ball rolling.  We all need help from time to time, but this is a scam.  Omnitech technicians will end your chat session as soon as you start asking questions about security.

#1 UPDATE Employee

Many issues are much more complex than they appear, and the only way to diagnose the issue is to see it.

AUTHOR: OTS - (USA)

This person obviously had some computer-related issue, which is why she contacted us. Some issues are simple and others can be quite complex. Generally when we are contacted the customer usually has tried to fix the problem themselves, and has come to the conclusion that they are unable to. Many issues appear simple but can have a complex cause.

To diagnosis the issue accurately and to then fix the issue, remote access is required. If a doctor would make a diagnosis without seeing the issue, and with vague symptoms, and provide an exact price for the fix based on that diagnosis, he would be guilty of malpractice and fraud.

Many issues are much more complex than they appear, and the only way to diagnose the issue is to see it. Remote access is standard these days for any tech support organization.

Our processes are very transparent and customers can watch every step performed by our technicians. The customers also have authority to end the remote session at any point of time by a mouse click.  We provide a guaranteed fix of resolvable issues through remote access and if not, then we refund the entire fee (Refund policy is applicable). In some instances, if issue recurs, we fix the issue again for free.

Our service plan fees and charges and every details are posted and highlighted right from the beginning on our website (www.omnitechsupport.com).
