When no payment appeared, I wrote OnRebate.com: "Three weeks ago, I received email notification that most of my applied for rebates would be paid to my PayPal account within 3-5 business days. To date, they have not arrived. There was no indication whether the 3-5 days were consecutive, or spread over several weeks or months. Please advise."
After additional emails and numerous telephone calls, I have finally gotten one of the six rebates, promised.
Anybody interested in a class action RICO against Systemax and its subsidiaries: TigerDirect.com & OnRebate.com?
