I have 3 Ultra rebates through OnRebate which were approved on 9/7/06, but the checks have not yet been issued. The total for the 3 rebates is $105.

I sent 4 emails (2/28/07, 4/10/07, 8/3/07 and 8/25/07) and called on 5/11/07 & 7/3/07 and the checks still have not been issued. During both phone calls, I was assured that the checks would be sent in 7-14 days. Obviously that did not happen.

I finally received all 3 rebate checks. It does pay to be persistent. I continued to send emails and sent screen captures of all 3 rebate status screens.
