Once in a Life Tyme Bridal Absolutley NO Accountability with this company, they will take your money and not give service Tempe, Arizona

I found my dream dress at this company's both at a bridal show in Phoenix. I paid the money to hold my sale price. Two weeks later I called to make my first payment to order my dress. I was promised a September ship date. When I called in August to get tracking info they told me I would not receive my dress until mid-October which was unacceptable since I am getting married the first week of November and need time for alterations. NO One returns phone calls, the business line is hardly ever answered. They have offered a solution of getting a dress directly from the manufacturer so I am hopeful this will be resolved and they promised by Monday. My real concern came when I did research on the company. I am terrified that I will be out 900 dollars as well as a dress because of some of the things I have read, and seen with my own eyes in their store They have an F! with the BBB. Both times when visiting the store there were several worried and angry customers who had paid money as I did and had to product to show for it. The manager Rebecca hides in the back room instead of facing customers and makes the sales girls do it for her. The owner is not able to be contacted. The shop had been featured on a news program called 3 on your side in the past couple of months for completely screwing up an entire bridal party order. They do not offer refunds and are very strict with exchanges which I can understand as this is a specialty item, however they lie about ship dates, they don't give customers real time expectations and then turn around and try to blame the customer, as they did with me.  I will tell every potential bride, bridesmaid, groom, etc to avoid this place like the plague. Planning a wedding can be stressful enough without the clothing purchases and or rentals being last minute hassles for the company providing the service. The bridal party I met yesterday had to miss their own rehearsal dinner because they had no tuxedos. Missing pieces, wrong sizes, no shoes. They had ordered them months ago, and they still were not ready? Unacceptable. I cannot believe this place is still in business. I guess the only reason why is because they take peoples money and hide away after they rip you off. Oh on a side note, one of the associates has told a customer not to pay with cash because the owner will pocket it and then they will act like you never paid it, "losing" their copy of your receipt. I feel sorry for the hundreds, and yes I mean hundreds of brides they have affected in their time of business. Shame on you Once in  a Life Tyme for taking the fun and excitement away from brides all over the Valley of the Sun.
