"Billed on behalf of One Call/Opticom. - ...accepted the following collect call that is not billed by your local phone company and requires you to be billed directly." (This first line in quotes within my Report is what is written on the phone-bill received by me from One Call/Opticom). Also on the bill received & dated for; Mar 17, '06: One local collect-call, Duration 4, amount charged is $27.39 to include tax. I think this would pay for the pay-phone!! I wish they would tell you before you accept the call, how much they charge you for it! I don't know if I should pay this outrageous bill of such a high rate for only a local collect-call phone service in the full amount they ask? They will find new victims if it works. Need advice/help regarding this matter.
