We never received a collect call from anyone, let alone someone in New Jersey. We do not accept collect calls from people other than family members. We do not know anyone whatsoever in New Jersey. The charges for this 4 minute call were $33.15 midday. I don't know what it costs to accept a collect call, but the fee alone seems odd.
There are 3 members in my family. Nobody took any collect calls, nobody knows anyone in New Jersey whatsoever. We have never made or received a call to or from New Jersey for anything whatsoever.
When we contacted the company, they played a 3 second one sided unintelligible recording of a strange woman muttering something unintelligible and said that was the call and that is was recorded. The person INSISTED that we accepted the call and spoke for 4 minutes to this stranger and that under no circumstances, even if we could PROVE that it was false, would they remove the charges.
I reported them to the FCC, and I found several circumstances through google of others being ripped off by this company.

AND GUESS WHAT!! LO AND BEHOLD, I found OTHER reports of this company doing exactly the same thing to other people RIGHT HERE ON THIS SITE. And, wonder of wonders, these people also were billed for collect call charges FROM THE SAME PERSON!!!
What an AMAZING coincdence!
