No terms of agreement were provided. Efforts to locate the company were lengthy. First reviewed the bank account to discover the second loan was made by a seperate company called One Click Cash.
The internet did not have a phone number available in order to reach the company. My bank provided a phone number after extensive requisition.
The company would not take repayment of the loan without a ridiculous amount of interest attached. By disputing the loan, my bank was able to get the money sent back to One Click Cash. One click cash attached further charges to my bank account after the loan was sent back. One Click Cash sent an unauthorized check through my account costing me overdraft fees.
Currently, I am in progress of filing check fraud.
