I cannot get my money back. REPEAT. I cannot get them to refund my money.
As of April 13 was told to wait another ten days, that a refund was not forthcoming until they 'found the rug', that it was an 'unauthorized' return. Told me to open a dispute with my credit card company.
What kind of company is this? Bloomberg News interview on YouTube with CEO Doug Mack quotes him saying they hope to make money within a year or two. What is going on with them? are they honest? do other people have similar experiences?
Will report back in ten days to let you know if I get my $6,599. back.
