One Life Fitness Greenbrier Former Bally Chesapeake members not offered same benefits as Virginia Beach members Chesapeake, Virginia

I paid an exorbitant monthly fee for 3 years to Bally's Total Fitness so that I could have a lifetime membership for only $7.90 / month.  Now I am in the 5th year and Bally's in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach Closed.  Virginia Beach members had their memberships transferred to One Life Fitness at their existing contract rate and they can use any One Life Fitness gym nationwide, but Bally members who signed up in Chesapeake VA were offered nothing.  My membership was nationwide - why should I be penalized because of the address of the gym who took my application?  Why are Virginia Beach members given a "free pass" while we are out in the cold?  This isn't fair - at least give me back the premium portion of my monthly payments that were applied towards the lifetime offer, or give me a contract with One Life at my existing rate, as the Virginia Beach members got.  I am very interested in a class action suit.  Is anybody else out there?  (((REDACTED)))(at)gmail.com
