Danielle Finkelstein contacted our office in Aug. 2011. She talked about her company being the best management company around with a ton of work. Little did we know they were going to screw us out of lots of money later. We signed up in Sept. 2011 an went on many jobs that she gave us from the end of Oct. 2011 to the end of Jan 2012. In January we started to request payments for all the open work orders & have been getting the run around about how they were waiting for payments from Starbucks and that they are slow payers. We have called & writing emails weekly for months. We finally have received some payments but not all. When we try to call we get put on hold, get voice mails or they say that person is not accepting calls today. We still are owed money on invoices dated back in Oct. 2011 I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! They do not conduct business in a proper manor nor pay there bills. So if you want to get paid for services that you provide DO NOT conduct business with this company. Between all the calls & emails to Brett Finkelstein, Harvey, Danielle Finkelstein, Patrick, Greta, Sharine, and Jimmy, this has been an account from H**L!!! To One Stop Maintenance..... PAY YOUR BILLS!!!! Stop embezzling funds that are meant for the contractors!!
