Obviously they take the first months rent of every contract, so in the end, the best option for them is to get bad renters, that they can evict. So they get the full months rent more frequently.
Many repairs have been done that are questionable. I have been working on breaking my 365 day notice contract early, on the basis that they have not fulfilled their side of the contract.
Mr Anderson has let me know that I should just call their lawyer. This company is fraudulent, non professional and unfit for their duties. Please do not use them. If you value your peace, and our state of mind, then stay far away from them!
