i had a loan for $300.00. it was my understanding after reading the contract that the interest would be $90.00 and so i would end up owing $390.00. since it was online they deposited the 300 directly into my account. and since i get paid weekly, i assumed that they would take out $90.00 each friday starting from the 17th of july, 2009. instead they took out $90.00 every other week. i was unable to reach anyone by phone to make an additional payment(line was busy or they were closed, no voicemail, no customer service line) they emails were not helpful(the ones i got at lest). i received a reminder that $140.00 will be taken out of my account this friday 9/11/09 and that the $360.00 i have already paid them has only been an extention of the payment, and i still owe them $390.00
