ONEEMAILADAY - SOLO COMMUNICATIONS - ESBI Unauthorized charges on AT@T phone bill Internet

I got my phone bill and noticed it was alot higher than usual, so I noticed there were 2 charges on it that I did not make. One was from Oneemailaday for 14.95, and the other was from SOLO Communications, for 12.95. I called the oneemailaday, and they said my husband signed up for it, which my hasband works for AT@T, and did no such thing. Come to find out after they insisted that he did and they sent him an email confiming it, I finally asked for the email address, and they gave me an email that my sister in law used 2 yrs ago before she got married and changed intenet companies. So they must go through peoples old email to get info. The other company SOLO communications phone number was mysteriously having technical problems and you could not get through to them. After all of this my husband talked to a rep. at AT@T and they said they would refund the money. So everyone needs to check your phone bill and bank account often, because this is happening to much to alot of people.
