Onewest Bank aka IndyMac Bank is reporting illegally to all credit bureas on previously closed and or foreclosed homes that were written by IndyMac Bank prior to Onewest Bank purchase of IndyMac Mortgage. No legal transfer of servicing exists under the original mortgages and yet Onewest Bank is reporting non existent mortgage portfolio of mortgages to all major credit bureaus and is in violation of all fair lending and credit law.Class Action law suit will be filed.
