Online Pet Ventures ,the Paws, I ordered merchandise on March 1, my credit card was charged on March 2, and as of today, March 27, 2012 no merchandise has arrived. This firm does not return phone calls, and does not track the order Waiting and waiting for the special dog toys this company offers; credit card charge, no return phone call to their 888 #, no tracking info, and to make matters worse, this is handled through pay pal Internet, Internet

This company has an Internet presence, The Paws.com, markets various types of dog and cat toys, takes orders, charges your credit cards through pay pal direct, then does not send the merchandise. I am only one of several complaints about this company. I placed an order on March 1, my credit card was charged on March 2, and as of March 27, 2012 (today), no product or contact. Their phone number is worthless.
