Onlinesupplier.com - Online Supplier ripoff very difficult to cancel an order Long Beach California

I ordered a $1.95 online auction starter kit and after inputting all my information and paying for it with a credit card, I was then informed I was also signed up for about a $50.00 automatic deduct from my credit card. So, I decided to cancel, I tried calling their 800 number and after two days of calling and only getting a recorded voice then a busy signal and then a hang up, I was a bit frustrated. I went to their web site which is help@onlinesuppliers.com where they promise to answer all e-mails within 24hours and I wrote an e-mail to cancel my order, of course I have not heard back from them yet.

I finally got through to them on the phone HERE IS THE TRICK, call 800-831-3952 you will hear a recorded message then when the music comes on push 9 on your phone that will take you to an operator. I finally reached an operator #3141 he was very nice and polite and cancelled my order and gave me a cancellation confirmation number. By the way the operator told me they had received my cancellation notice by e-mail but just haven't answered it yet.
