OnlineSupplier have been charging me for 7 payments of $49.75 a total of $348.25 without my permission. I have never placed any orders for a regular payment of $49.75. I have never received any service or goods for this service, that money must have been for fresh air which I did not order as we have plenty of fresh air along the cost where we live. I do not even have a website where I could use their service, I just have one computer for personal use, using AOL as my internet and have on a very few occations ordered goods as a one off from the Internet, but have never ever paid for continued service from anybody. I have never ever received any confirmation from OnlineSupplier.com that I had ordered this service and would be billed for $49.75 on a regular basis. I am also very concerned that my credit card company have not discovered this fraudulent activity from all the reports flying around and perhaps contacted me when they saw several payments being drwn from my account. Morgan Stanley have been very good in the past, if they saw activities which was not similar to privious activities I was contacted by phone and asked about it which was excellent, BUT MBNA have never contacted me since this fraudelent removal of funds started the 9th Jan. 2007. Please stay clear of this company at all cost and perhaps it is time that all credit card companies and baks take immidiate actions to boycutt this company will will force them out of business immidiately and it is a simple action to carry out to protect their customes.
