These charges caused her account to go into overdraft 2 times. Her account is linked to my overdraft so it cost me over $50 in fees. Plus they also snuck in the one dollar charge on her too.
I've owned internet businesses before and this type of ripoff is what gives internet companies a bad name.
Plus, I know my bankers personally through my business and this doesn't look good in my relationship with them. I'm going in tomorrow and explaining just what this company is doing to my daughter and seeing if I can cancel her account and open a new one to get away from their dishonest dealings. Companies like this know that most people will just pay the charges instead of fight them because a lawyer and time are very cost prohibitive.
I can't wait to see them put out of business or shamed to the point where everyone gets their number and stops buying their product.
