I recently ordered the free trial of onlingo spanish to see if it was anygood, I waited paitently for these cds that they were suppose to send to me. Last friday I went to the bank to pull out money and was unable to do so because Onlingo had already charged my account $69.95. At the time I was unaware of what the charge was for until Monday when I went to the bank. As soon as I saw what that charge was for I called the Onlingo Customer support line. I have to say that that was the worst mistake I ever made. I am a very quiet person and Onlingo put me into a rage by the time I got off the phone with them. I tried to explain that I never recieved their package and wanted a refund for the product I never received. They refused to give me a refund because they said that from the post office that they have confirmation that the package was delivered to me? If there was a package delivered to me it must have been invisable because I never saw one. I spoke to them 3 times before getting sick of all the bullshit and runaround that they continued to tell me. So I found this site and was going to post this and they sent me an email saying that they would like the opportunity to resolve this issue, but when I called they proceeded to tell me the same exact bullshit. At one point they asked me to have an affidavid signed by the post office worker saying that he put it in the wrong box. I told them that if they want to do that I am going to bill them for my inconvienence and that I make $17/hr and to resolve this issue it would probably take about 4 to 5 hours, if they are willing to pay me for my time to resolve their mistake. Obviously they said no. I am going to the bank today to try to get my money back. I am verry interested in starting a class action law suit or joining one. We need to show this company it is not ok to F*** WITH THE LITTLE MAN.
