This company misrepresents their merchandise on the web. The pictures and colors are way off. I ordered 3 women's NIke golf skorts from them, 2 in black and one in baby blue. The skirts arrived and the blue one was purple! I tried to call the company back and the 800 number is a farce. It leaves you a message that "all lines are busy" and gives you a long distance number to call. Then it hangs up on you. So I called the 6305139882 number and only one employee, Donald, answers that line. It's probably his cell phone. Donald is very rude. He could care less if he helps you or not. He tells you you're stuck with your prduct or you can mail it back and pay a 35% restocking fee.
35% restocking fee? on golf apparel? Is that legal? Seems to me it's a major scam on customers. Get them to spend their money and then refuse to give them the right product and charge 35% if they demand a refund, That is, if you can get Donald to give you a return authorization number.
This is very unethical, not to mention misrepresentation of golf apparel. No other golf apparel companies do this. It is an embarassment to Nike and I think I'll write them and ask them not to sell their product to onlygolfapparel.com

I dont understand....  I buy from onlylgolfapparel.com all the time...  I punched in their store and this came up.  These have to be the NICEST people I have ever done business with  I wouldnt believe this comment for one sec.  This guy who wrote this complaint sounds bi-polar...  Relax bro!
