Onrebate I was supposed to get 2 rebates per terms for 2 Crucial Ballistix Kits purchased but only got one Boca Raton Florida

I purchased 2 Crucial Ballistix 1GB memory kits from Global Computer with a rebate per kit. On the form offer CT-5015, it clearly stated: Limit two rebates per eligible Crucial Ballistix kit per household" and again under Terms and Conditions paragraph item 3. "Limit two rebates per eligible Crucial Ballistix kiet per household". Onrebate only sent out $40 for one rebate and when I called in for them to correct, Peter refused to comply to the terms of the rebate and he refused to correct the problem.
I filed a complaint with:

They switched back and forth between www.onrebate.com and www.onrebate.biz and the Boca Raton address and the Miami PO Box. Their servers worked off and on.
I called and got shot down twice and their excuses were the NEW system is down. Then once I got to them the third time, they refused to correct the problem.
