ordered several rebated items from tigerdirect.com .onrebate.com is their rebate processer. i have ordered rebated items from many other places such as officemax, egghead, for several years now. i am always very careful to fill out all forms and make copies. i must say that onrebate.com is a very confusing process and no live person to talk to when things go bad. seems to me this website is designed to discourage those that use it and give up because it is so time consuming because at times the website will not accept input halfway through the claim process. this must be profitable to tigerdirect and onrebate. i have not had this bad experience with the other places i buy products and i do get the rebates from them which makes rebates a real bargain, not a headache
