On 11/30/06 the OnRebate.com rebate ?register to receive payment' online questionnaire, step 2, would only let me type in the first 3 numerals of my phone number, then no more. I tried several more times, but didn't see any way around this problem. Since time is of the essence with their rebates and since the whole/complete phone number is required info, I looked for a way to contact them, with negative results.
Overall impression of OnRebate.com: user-non-friendly, tedious, problematic and disappointing. Online reviews say: Beware of their ?tricky rebate process', lest you be di$mi$$ed along the way by onrebate.com
