Onrebate.com Never getting the rebates!!!! Internet

I purchased two Navigon Pocket Loox GPS systems from Shop NBC back in August 2007. I was supposed to be bale to get two $20.00 rebates. I called Shop NBC and they told me I had to contact these onrebate.com people in order to get the rebates. I called them and was told what was needed to send them in order to claim these rebates. I sent what was needed.

About a month or so later, I called and asked why I still have not yet received the rebates. The person I spoke to said that the first person was wrong and that I needed the UPC- the packing list was not good enough as the first person had told me. But he said he would look into it and call me within a few days. About 3 weeks later I called again. I got nowhere.

Today, I was cleaning and came across the phone number so I called again. Twice the automated voice has no concept of the 401 area code and each time it takes about ten minutes to be put through to customer service. Both times the phone hung up. I went on-line and the page states that there is no website available and to call the number that I did call!

I am sick of retiailers promising rebates and then they don't follow through with them!!
