described as "structurally perfect" received bent & in pieces and it

I Purchased a used TV Pedestal Stand /factory part for
a LG 26LC7D HDTV from Openboxtv's online ebay store. Item number:
************. The Item was described as follows...
"This stand is for the model television listed on this line and this model only: 26LC7D
PULLED OFF OF A USED TV EXPECT ROUGH SCRATCHING AND SCUFFING AS-IS YOU ARE THE JUDGE OF COSMETIC QUALITY FROM THE PHOTO(S), THERE MAY BE TAPE RESIDUE, AS-IS.
Structurally this stand is perfect, it functions and serves its purpose we do not sell stands with any sort of Structural damage."
When I received the stand it arrived in an undamaged well packaged box, however the stand was in three pieces. The plastic cover had large portions of the support bracing missing and all of the 10 or so mounting towers were broken off. the metal base plate was bent, warped and missing 4 of the 5 rubber pads intended to keep it from scratching what ever surface it was to be set on. The vertical attaching mount was no longer attached to the base plate because all the support towers and screws that held the two together were missing. There is no way the damage to this piece was caused during shipping because of all the plastic pieces that were not in the box. When I contacted the seller I got a variety of responses ranging from, just tighten the bolts to so you want your money back because you ordered the wrong stand. After going through ebay's arbitration process and not getting anywhere I just let it go and spent a few hours repairing the stand. However this person who I believe is the owners brother (*************) has continued
to email me with taunts...Such as "you poor little man just a little baby still mad a life POOR LITTLE BABY ALL 4 FOOT OF YOU"

The person purchased an item online from a different location as we do not ship items from Open Box TVs in St. Louis Park, Mn. After looking into it-he had purchased an item on ebay from where we liquidate stands. He was unhappy with his purchase and filled a complaint with ebay and lost and then filed another complaint with paypal and lost. Since then has become a cyber bully on every website possible! If anything he had said was true both ebay and paypal would have refunded his money! He believes that if he is a cyber bully he will get a third party to refund and we will not be part of his foolishness.
