On Openboxusa.com they sell alot of things From electronics to Name Brand Clothing, In my case it was name brand clothing. I purchased 50 Von Dutch hats at $8.00 a piece, with shipping the total was $416.00. The first problem I had with them was communication, After they got my money it was like they just forgot about me they said it would take about 21 business days to get the hats and that a tracking no# would be emailed to me. for 21 business days ther was no tracking no# emailed to me so I called and emailed almost every day with no luck, just the same runaround "oh sorry their not in, their in a meeting," so I went to paypal and they froze their acount until they handled my issue, the Money was promptly returned.

I still wanted the hats though. So finally the Owner called me her name is Ann. She called and said the that they had my order but there were only 3 different types of hats in the box and to wait a week and she would throw in 2 extra hats for the confusion, so I did. Eventually I got the hats. The first thing I noticed was the condition of the box it was horrible the tape was barely on, the box was crunched up, smashed, and partialy opened. when I took it home and counted the hats there were only 47, I was missing 5! So I called her up and she said that she would send out 5 hats, "I have still never recieved them" But know my concern was trying to make my money back and some profit. So I started listing them on Ebay and sold 5 before they were removed from Ebay by the VERO Program. The copy right owner of Von Dutch contacted ebay and told them that my hats were FAKE!, Non Authentic, Rip Offs! My Adds were removed from ebay and my account was threatend with suspension if I were to ever relisted them. Now I am stuck with 42 Non Authentic Von Dutch hats and Ann the owner said this: "Hi Luke: I have been away.
I don't really understand what is going with Von Dutch and Ebay. This is rather strange Luke, I am unable to accept returns nor can I refund.

Ann" And This is how I replied: Hello Ann, I am not having a problem with reselling or marketability, I am how ever having a problem with the copy right issues. Von Dutch has contacted me and told me that your hats are not authentic and are in deed Counterfeit. Every time I list them they are promptly removed and I am threatened with the suspension of my account. When I purchased them I was under the influence that they were Authentic, I would not have purchased them if I had known otherwise. I have 42 hats left that's a total of $336.0 refund and I am willing to pay the shipping. I am giving you a chance to make this right and maintain a good relationship with you, I do like other products of yours and would continue to buy from you if you make this right, also I have Still not received the other 5 hats you said you would mail out, I don't want them now I want a Refund.

I offer refunds on all my auctions its just a good way of doing business. Please don't make me take this further. I would appreciate a phone call as soon as possible. I am awaiting her reply.
