Opticom - NCIC - Zero Plus Dialing ripoff on collect calls Longview Texas

I receieved charges on my telephone bill for 3 collect calls totaling $105.00. Two were under NICI and one from Opticom. I don't know if these are two different companies or one using two different names. I called Bell South saying I wanted to pay my Bell South bill but wanted to dispute these other charges. They told me the way they had been billed I had to pay the whole bill or my service would be cut off. They gave me the number for XEP to file a claim.

I'm not sure what XEP is but I called them at 1-888-371-0734 and told them Bell South had told me to call to make a claim. They transferred me to NCIC who told me they would take nine dollars off my bill. I told them that was unsatisfactory so they gave me an address to write to. I don't know if it will do any good to write now since I had to go on and pay my bill but I am going to do what I can to expose them.
