This is a good one. This company lies too much. I can't believe a lawyer hasn't gotten ahold of this one yet. They even lie in their terms and conditions!
Well, I was silly enough to do this. I knew I would be signing up for an autoship - Even though it is not mentioned anywhere on the page - It's just common sence. But in actuallity it's worse. You are getting charged for the first bottle as well... I think it comes out to about 95 dollars in charges.
I read the reports on here and realized what I was dealing with. If I was more willing to take the time, I would do something about it, but these guys lucked out with me - I took their new option and was only billed about 44 dollars for the bottle. Which I know for most people is rediculous but I don't have the time to deal with them.
As for those of you who were completely scammed, fill out a report to the better bussiness bureau.
I can't stand people who make an uneducated career out of scamming people. And then they grow to be so shrewed and begrudged against their customers who, shock, don't want to be ripped off or lied to!
Filing a report to the better business burea is the most simple and easy way to deal with this (And good news, ANYONE can do it). Whether or not they can fine tooth their way around lawyers with their poorly written terms, optimal stack can't fight several reports to the BBB. They will give you a refund and, they will face as much hell as they gave you in this manner. So please guys, it's a pretty simple action. Fight back, here ya go: www.bbb.org
